County Road 207 Improvements
GMC designed improvements to County Road 207 that included right-of-way deed research, maps and descriptions, and roadway relocation related to the location of Honda Manufacturing of Alabama in Lincoln. The road was widened from a two-lane road to a five-lane road, and a 287-foot bridge was added.
Reclamation of water volume on a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) controlled power generating reservoir was necessary for project completion. GMC submitted plans and coordinated with Norfolk Southern Railroad for an elevated railroad crossing over an Amtrak rail system.
